March 6 - WAR DAY 7:
Huh. A demand of unconditional surrender sure sounds like a war to me.
If all the ayatollahs & senior mullahs are dead then who can deliver a surrender?

Trump to Axios: "Unconditional surrender" is when Iran "can't fight any longer"

Mar 6, 2026: Israeli fighter jets struck a heavily fortified bunker beneath the late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei's compound — his emergency command center. The IDF said Israel believes senior Iranian officials had been using the bunker in recent days and is still assessing whether anyone was inside at the time of the strike.

The B-52 still flying combat missions after seven decades and countless number of upgrades is quite a military tech feat. Since I was 7 years old I watched them fly over my house practically everyday. Grandpa BUFF still going strong.
Now we have reports of a US Army AH-64 Apache attack helicopter targeting Iranian-backed milita positions outside of Mosul, Iraq. Seen here firing Hydra 70mm rockets. This has a strong feeling of Déjà vu.
USS Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group has left the Mediterranean and is now headed into the Red Sea, with a quick visit on the Houthis, then heading up closer to Iran.

This evening the first B-1B Lancer Arrives at RAF Fairford.
In the opening hours of the war, US/Israeli aircraft carpet bombed Iran’s Hamedan Air Base with GBU-39 SDBs, cratering runways, taxiways, and access points. No intact stretch of asphalt longer than 1,000m remains, effectively rendering the base unusable for the IRIAF. Reminds you of a movie(s) that you have seen.

A third U.S. Navy carrier strike group, headed by the USS George H.W. Bush, is preparing to deploy towards the Middle East. The CSG will head to the Eastern Mediterranean. This Carrier Strike Group just completed Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) off the East Coast.
Mehrabad International Airport in Iran's capital, Tehran, has been wiped off the map and is burning tonight after a series of US/Israeli airstrikes. Most aircraft are reportedly on fire.

Apparently, the 7th Fleet Los Angeles-class (688i) fast-attack sub USS Charlotte (SSN 766) fired the single Mk 48 torpedo that literally tore the ass off & sunk Iranian frigate IRIS Dena (75). The Mark 48 is one of the most lethal anti-ship weapons in the U.S. arsenal.

1 of only 2 boats modified for Advanced SEAL Delivery System (ASDS) support (now discontinued), the "Silent Stinger" now can claim the only submarine torpedo kill this century. USS Charlotte (SSN-766), a 32 year old Los Angeles-class apex predator. What a career.
To my knowledge there are now two warships in service in the U.S Navy that have sunk another warship in combat: USS Charlotte (SSN 766) and USS Constitution (the one in Boston Harbor). I'm assuming the other IRIS sinkings were by aircraft, and Houthi boats don't count as warships.
For an idea of what things looked like onboard USS Charlotte during its attack on IRIS Dena, this Navy video shows some of the procedures to man battlestations and conduct a torpedo attack. This is for a submerged target but many of the steps are the same.

In the blizzard of mad chaos I completely missed this. Greater Israel project in the East has a sister project in the West.

Remarks by Secretary of War Pete Hegseth at the Americas Counter Cartel Conference (March 5, 2026)
The US has approved the emergency sale of 12,000 BLU-110A/B 1000lb general-purpose bomb bodies to Israel. The bodies will almost certainly be paired with PGM kits and fuses to create GBU-32s, GBU-16s, and Spice 1000s.

Israel – Munitions and Munitions Support
Spice 1000: An Israeli-developed "smart" guidance kit by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems that turns 1,000-lb bombs into stand-off precision weapons. Unlike the JDAM, it uses electro-optical scene-matching (camera) and GPS/INS, allowing it to function in GPS-denied environments and strike with high precision from a range of up to 125 km (approx. 77 miles).
If you live in Beirut or Tehran you need to start packing. It's going to look like Gaza in 30 days.
All those billions we send to Israel every year...this is how some of that US taxpayer money goes back into the MIC coffers. Course none of it goes to us sheeple.
