Becuase it will start with 'just certain sites' to ' protect the kids' , but then as we all know , these things progress. And before you know it , you can't go online without showing id/face scan everytime. And it would be near impossible to say, I'll just go without . Even if that would work for work and fun , in my case it would not work for contact with family abroad . That often involves sending things over email etc.
Maybe, but the day that happens here will be my last day on the internet. I don't even have the capacity for that sort of ID - I bought this computer specifically because it has no camera or microphone. There is nothing here fore them to obtain a facial scan with, nor a voice print.
It might be good for me to get more sun anyhow.
