I'm sure someone will be along shortly to say all soda is poison, especially diet soda.
Diet soda with sweetened with Aspertame isn't great and there is plenty of info out there for doing your own research. My personal opinion, based on absolutely nothing is that Zero Sugar soda sweetened with sucralose is somewhat better and I prefer the taste.
I drink a Coke Zero Sugar almost every day or every other day.
