30 min Interview vid Mearsheimer gives a plausible scenario for tactical nukes without the West going MAD; likely scenario is a protracted war leading to a frozen conflict (like N./S. Korea) vice a meaningful peace treaty with many years of hellish consequences for all of Europe. Best outcome to end the war is for Ukraine to become a neutral country, but that is unacceptable to all sides...so the war will continue until one side fully collapses or nobody left to fight. Sad, whole world will feel the pain.
