I believe he had the right to be armed. I believe he had the right to protest.

If I was a betting girl, I would bet he was out there more than this, protesting several times.
I honestly think that his shooting was a mistake. The gun went off, mistakes were made.
But you don't help your case, when you make yourself known to officers, by damaging their vehicle. They already aren't going to trust you, and see you as a threat.
