Makes sense to me. Wouldn't Kent be the most likely point of Britain to bear the brunt of illegal aliens arriving on rubber dinghies? I mean, it IS the point where the Romans invaded through! Seems likely that they might have a more elevated interest in stopping it than perhaps other areas of the UK.
