Jeff Berwick is currently on the ground in Puerto Vallarta for the Anarchapulco conference. Even though he is only 1 or 2 miles from the conference room, with the place on lock down he had to teleconference in. A 9pm curfew is in place, do risk getting shot if going out.
The conference did close early as the attendants had to leave due to the site being evacuated.
