A big thank you for all the replies, a little overwhelming though. Except the crack about liberal tears, from what I'm seeing it is liberal tears of happiness.

It seems delayed aging comes down to lengthening telomeres, but it's not so much the delayed aging I am after, rather just feeling like my old self.
I'm already doing a lot of what is recommended below to just be as healthy as I can, but I am also after that youthful vigor that has somewhat slipped away.

"To lengthen telomeres, focus on lifestyle changes and targeted interventions supported by scientific research:
Reduce Stress: Chronic stress shortens telomeres. Practices like mindfulness meditation, yoga, and regular relaxation can lower cortisol levels and increase telomerase activity, the enzyme that maintains telomere length.
Exercise Regularly: Both aerobic endurance training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) are linked to longer telomeres. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity weekly, as physical activity reduces oxidative stress and inflammation.
Eat a Telomere-Friendly Diet: Prioritize a plant-based diet rich in whole foods, including:
Get Quality Sleep: Aim for 7–9 hours per night. Poor sleep increases inflammation and oxidative stress, accelerating telomere shortening. Longer sleep duration is linked to longer telomeres.
Consider Supplements: Some supplements may support telomere length by activating telomerase or protecting DNA:
Caution: While telomere extension holds promise for longevity, uncontrolled activation of telomerase may increase cancer risk. Always prioritize proven, safe lifestyle strategies over unregulated supplements or experimental treatments.

There's always a side effect and that one is a doozy.

- L-citrulline
- Milk thistle seed extract
