You know the 30 local elections Due in May that labour "postponed" because they would lose ?
Well Reform launched a judicial challenge and today they won forcing Labour to U-Turn yet again and allow the elections to go ahead , the decision follows a ruling by the government watchdog the Electoral Commission last week in which they said they could see no justifiable reason for the cancelations .... sorry , postponements , which no doubt helped Reform's legal case.
To add salt to their wound Labour will have to pay Reform's court costs.....

Local Government Secretary Steve Reed has decided to "withdraw his decision" to postpone the elections, due to take place in May, "in the light of recent legal advice", according to a letter from the Government Legal Department shared by Nigel Farage.
