Any refugees coming in need to know that our domain name has changed from rogue-nation3 to rogue-nation. There has been confusion about that in the past, with folks trying to log in to the old archived site, and/or not realizing that they need a new account here to access this one - their old logins from the old site won't work here. Separate websites.
Also, any of them with "place-holder" accounts here, who may have forgotten their password, we can reset the password for them so that they can get back in, and then once in they can change their password to some super-duper secret one that no one else (like the mod who resets their password for them) knows.
So much for my big plans to go into hiding, change my username to simply "Admin", and then just float over the entire assembly like some ancient and arcane overlord....
I want to be a Benevolent Tyrant when I grow up, but the way the world is going, I may never grow up. I refuse to go off adulting in this mess we live in.
ETA: Damn! They "404'ed" DBcowboy's "Alas Babylon" thread over there! Now why d'ya reckon they'd want to announce a site shutdown, and then X-out the thread suggesting alternatives to migrate to? Things that make you go "hmmmmm...".

“Trouble rather the tiger in his lair than the sage among his books. For to you kingdoms and their armies are things mighty and enduring, but to him they are but toys of the moment, to be overturned with the flick of a finger.”
