It's a weird dude on twitter that makes these UFO/alien AI clips. @ParaN_rmal
If his inspiration was from a movie, I have no idea.

Feb 15, 1928: Norman Bridwell, creator of Clifford, was born in Kokomo, Indiana. While at Harper & Row, an editor, believing that Bridwell's art was not good enough to be sold on its own, suggested he turn one of his drawings into a story. The drawing that the editor picked out for this task was of a young girl and a horse-sized bloodhound, and the story became Clifford the Big Red Dog. The first Clifford book was published in 1963 after being rejected by nine other publishers and spawned over 75 Clifford titles (not all written by Bridwell), three animated television series, merchandise, a live musical, and a live-action film.
At the time of his passing, Clifford the Big Red Dog series, had estimates over 126 to 129 million copies published in 13 languages. The Bridwells resided in Edgartown, Massachusetts on Martha's Vineyard, from 1969 until Norman Bridwell's death in 2014.

And we'll perfect our chemistry
By and by, we'll defy
A little bit of gravity
Afternoon delight
Cocktails and moonlit nights
That dreamy look in your eye
Give me a tropical contact high
Way down in Kokomo.
Off the Florida Keys, there's a place called Kokomo
That's where you want to go to get away from it all
Bodies in the sand, tropical drink melting in your hand
We'll be falling in love to the rhythm of a steel drum band
Down in Kokomo.
That Monserrat mystique you want
Come join me Down in Kokomo
And we'll perfect our chemistry.

Feb 15, 1954: Canada and the United States agree to construct the Distant Early Warning Line, known as the DEW Line, a system of radar stations in the far northern Arctic regions of Canada and Alaska. Active from 1957–1993.
Advance site preparation began in December 1954, and the construction was carried out in a massive logistical operation that took place mostly during the summer months when the sites could be reached by ships. The 63-base line reached operational status in 1957.

Improvements in Soviet technology rendered the Pinetree Line and Mid-Canada Line inadequate to provide enough early warning and on 15 February 1954, the Canadian and United States governments agreed to jointly build a third line of radar stations (Distant Early Warning), this time running across the high Arctic. The line would run roughly along the 69th parallel north, about 320 km (200 mi) north of the Arctic Circle.
The Distant Early Warning Line, also known as the DEW Line or Early Warning Line, was a system of radar stations in the northern Arctic region of Canada, with additional stations along the north coast and Aleutian Islands of Alaska known as The White Alice Communications System (WACS) (see Project Stretchout and Project Bluegrass), in addition to the Faroe Islands, Greenland, and Iceland (DYE Stations). It was set up to detect incoming bombers of the Soviet Union during the Cold War, and provide early warning of any sea-and-land invasion.
The DEW Line was the northernmost and most capable of three radar lines in Canada and Alaska. The first of these was the joint Canadian-United States Pinetree Line, which ran from Newfoundland to Vancouver Island just north of the Canada–United States border, but even while it was being built there were concerns that it would not provide enough warning time to launch an effective counterattack. The Mid-Canada Line (MCL) was proposed as an inexpensive solution using bistatic radar. This provided a "trip wire" warning located roughly at the 55th parallel, giving commanders ample warning time, but little information on the targets or their exact location. The MCL proved largely useless in practice, as the radar return of flocks of birds overwhelmed signals from aircraft.
The early warning provided was useless against ICBMs and submarine-launched attacks. These were countered and tempered by the mutual assured destruction (MAD) philosophy. However, the scenario of a coordinated airborne invasion coupled with a limited nuclear strike was the real threat that this line protected against. It did so by providing Distant Early Warning of an inbound aerial invasion force, which would have to appear at the far north hours ahead of any warhead launches in order to be coordinated well enough to prevent MAD.
Because the advent of ICBMs created another attack scenario that the DEW Line could not defend against, in 1958 the United States Federal Government authorized construction of the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS), at a reported cost of $28 billion.

Who built it?
The Federal Electric Corporation (a unit of IT&T) had the contract for physical construction of the DEW Line.
The Western Electric Corporation had the contract for the installation of the electronic equipment.
The Bell Telephone Laboratories had the contract for design specifications of the electronic equipment and for conducting the acceptance or commissioning tests.
Raytheon designed and manufactured the long-range radar systems.
Collins Radio designed and manufactured the short-range and long-range back-scatter communication systems.

The DEW Line of course made it into popular media. It is a setting for the film The Deadly Mantis, released in 1957, the year the Line was completed. The film begins with a short documentary on the three RADAR lines, focusing on the DEW Line's construction. The progressive rock band Rush received considerable Album-oriented rock airplay in 1984 with their song "Distant Early Warning", based on a Toronto newspaper article expressing concerns about risk of nuclear war.
Quote:The DEWLiner Song
Way up at ole Barter Island,
Where the winters are dark and cold,
I came in search of my fortune,
In this great land of gold.
Well, I got me a job on the DEWLine,
And I thought my fortune was made,
Till I took R&R; in the city,
And you should have seen my bank roll fade.
I met a girl in Fairbanks,
And we went out on the town,
I hired a cab by the hour,
That sure pulled my pocket book down.
Well, I thought that the cab was expensive,
So I took that girl to a bar,
She could drink more booze in an hour,
Than me in a month or more.
So I bought us a bottle of bourbon,
And I took her to my room,
That gal and a bottle of bourbon,
They proved to be my doom.
So men let me give you a warning,
If you think this is the life.
If you plan to come to Alaska,
Make sure you bring your own wife.

In 1996, a Cuban pilot observed a US government fumigation plane spraying an unknown substance over Matanzas Province. Shortly thereafter, an invasive pesticide-resistant insect never before seen in Cuba, the Thrips palmi, was discovered devouring potato crops in Matanzas.
The Thrips palmi known commonly as the melon thrips was later found in neighboring provinces, among corn, beans, pumpkins, cucumbers, and other crops. Despite the Cuban government's best efforts to eradicate the pest, the palmi plague persisted.
The US provided a flimsy excuse—that the US pilot was marking his position with smoke generator, something this plane was not outfitted for and would have been unnecessary because Cuban ATC had already radioed the US plane asking if they were having any technical difficulties.
The US plane, N3093M, was operated by the US State Department, supposedly to destroy drug crops in Colombia. In fact, combating drug trafficking was used as cover for covert biowarfare against the Cuban people.

UN doc source: Information about the appearance in Cuba of the Thrips palmi plague
This event maintains its place in history as a huge "gray area" that has entered the records of the United Nations. Although the official report of Cuba and the Thrips palm epidemic at the time is a historical fact, the accusation of "biological warfare" has never been sealed with concrete evidence in the international arena.
Official sources say the pest almost certainly originated in Southeast Asia, but in recent decades it has been widely introduced and has been observed throughout Asia and the Pacific, Florida, the Caribbean, South America, Africa, and Australia. T. palmi is a notifiable pest in the UK, and all susceptible material imported into the country is rigorously checked at points of entry by DEFRA Plant Health and Seed Inspectors.
In that gap between the "smoke sign" defense and the possibility that the outbreak took place by natural means such as trade or wind, there is still only a deep geopolitical mistrust today. The documents are authentic, the complaints are formal; but that missing public between intent and action leaves this event as a "dark suspicion" rather than a "proven attack". Since the US mil/intel has done worse with chem/bio attacks on the US population and others, not to mention all the other nutty CIA attacks on Cuba, the likelihood this bio attack on Cuba took place is highly probable.
