Totally agree with that. It doesn't always work and it might be related to the fact that we don't know how it works. From what I gathered the professionals has multiple people working on a target and not all using the same method. I wouldn't even use people that knew each other, unless you have people working in pairs or something but then I would still have multiple such teams.
Sometimes you know you are getting something, other times there is no awareness. It's just random stuff that was said or written, painted whatever. I often wonder about free will.
