Wonder if Trump wasn't giving Walz a last chance before invoking the Insurrection Act.
And, that may have been precisely what Walz was hoping for --- A chance to say it wasn't he who caved, but Trump...and, that Walz was such a great guy, that he offered to chip-in some conciliatories, as well.
