After WW2 with America the only country with a functioning productive war time economy and the know how to produce Nukes plus the ability to deliver them maybe just maybe America was to nice to it's once so called allies (Russia) and all the other enemy axis powers they defeated . But you can't say that in civilized conversations as Patton learned the hard way.
