Dec 9, 1953: President Names Five To Advisory Group On Weather Control
Heading the group will be Capt. Howard T. Orville, retired Navy meteorologist, now a consultant for Bendix Aviation. He also charted the weather for the Bikini Atoll Atomic detonations in Operation Crossroads.

Project Cirrus was an attempt by the United States government in 1947 to modify a hurricane by seeding the clouds with silver iodide. Orville served as a member of the project's steering committee. However, by 1950 the American Meteorological Society concluded that seeding attempts had not conclusively demonstrated any useful results. Congress wanted to pursue the concept of weather control and in 1953 they created the U.S. Advisory Committee on Weather Control. President Dwight Eisenhower signed the law and named Orville to chair the committee. The committee studied the idea of cloud seeding and cautiously concluded that, under certain circumstances, cloud seeding could "increase precipitation by 10 to 15 percent".



By 1958, Orville became an advocate for researching the use of weather control as a weapon, fearing that the Soviet Union may develop the technology before the U.S. The final report of Orville's Advisory Committee on Weather Control, issued in January 1958 just a few months following the launch of Sputnik, stated that they believed the Soviets had already such a program in place.

The May 28, 1954 cover of Collier’s magazine showed a man quite literally changing the seasons by a system of levers and push buttons. As the article noted, in an age of atomic weapons and supersonic flight, anything seemed possible for the latter half of the 20th century. The cover story was written by Captain Orville.

A weather station in southeast Texas spots a threatening cloud formation moving toward Waco on its radar screen; the shape of the cloud indicates a tornado may be building up. An urgent warning is sent to Weather Control Headquarters. Back comes an order for aircraft to dissipate the cloud. And less than an hour after the incipient tornado was first sighted, the aircraft radios back: Mission accomplished. The storm was broken up; there was no loss of life, no property damage.

This hypothetical destruction of a tornado in its infancy may sound fantastic today, but it could well become a reality within 40 years. In this age of the H-bomb and supersonic flight, it is quite possible that science will find ways not only to dissipate incipient tornadoes and hurricanes, but to influence all our weather to a degree that staggers the imagination.

Indeed, if investigation of weather control receives the public support and funds for research which its importance merits, we may be able eventually to make weather almost to order.

Weather Control as a Cold War Weapon

Orville Coast in Antarctica was named after him, as was the Howard T. Orville Scholarship in Meteorology, established in 1964 by the American Meteorological Society.

In the film Slattery's Hurricane (1949), Captain Howard T. Orville was the technical advisor.

Physicist Marvin L. Goldberger (1922-2014) was on the Manhattan Project AND the co-founder of the top secret think tank known as JASON. A group of elite super brains that develop plans & contingency plans for the Pentagon and advisors to DARPA all through the Cold War. Often contracted & administered by the MITRE Corporation. This is so the name JASON doesn't appear in documents. Plans that the average person couldn't possibly imagine such as nuclear war preparation & aftermath (for them, not us peasants) human performance enhancement, mind warfare, connecting the human brain to machines (where did Elon get that neuron chip?), autonomous warfare with hunter/killer self-governing drones, anti-submarine warfare, to extinction level events such as a cosmic strike to alien invasion and whole lot more. They had plans back in the 80s to REMOVE the human soldier from the battlefield and replace with drones & cyborgs & sophisticated electronic warfare, but the DOD would have none of it.

The original codename was Project Sunrise which a computer spewed out in 1959.

Wild radio talk show conspiracist Bill Cooper warned us of the JASON group in "Behold a Pale Horse", pg 83-85. As often said, don't believe everything you read, but does make one wonder. The unknowns are like a vaccum for conspiracy lore to fill-in the missing pieces.

Dec 9, 1968: Douglas Engelbart gave what became known as "Mother of All Demos", publicly debuting the computer mouse, hypertext, and the bit-mapped graphical user interface using the oN-Line System (NLS). Stewart "Merry Prankster" Brand, of the Whole Earth Catalog, was his camera operator. He would later go on to start The Well, a legendary online bulletin board. Brand, who also founded The Long Now Foundation, the same company building that weird 10,000 Year Clock beneath a mountain in Texas for Jeff Bezos.



Before the Blue Marble a picture of the fully illuminated Earth by the ATS-3 satellite was used in 1968 by Stewart Brand for his Whole Earth Catalog, after campaigning since 1966 to have NASA release a then-rumored satellite image of the entire Earth as seen from space. He got inspired during an LSD trip, seeing a "psychedelic illusion" of the Earth's curvature, convincing him that a picture of the entire planet would change how humans related to it. He sold and distributed buttons for 25 cents each that asked: "Why haven't we seen a photograph of the whole Earth yet?"

The global eradication of smallpox was certified, based on intense verification activities, by a commission of eminent scientists and subsequently endorsed by the 33rd World Health Assembly on May 8, 1980. The last naturally occurring case of smallpox was in Somalia in 1977.


The final known fatal case occurred in 1978 in a laboratory in the United Kingdom. A medical photographer, Janet Parker, contracted the disease at the University of Birmingham Medical School and died on 9/11/78.

When researching for smallpox cases after 1979 to current day every medical article and research paper boldly declare, There are no "naturally" occurring smallpox cases on planet Earth.




We were told and continue to be told that ALL smallpox samples were destroyed except for two countries...the USA and Russia. Why? Because USGOV feared the virus may be in the hands of a rogue state.
