Defence Secretary Ben Wallace is undertaking a review into suspicious flying objects, amid fears Chinese spy
balloons might have already targeted the UK. It comes after US fighter jets shot down an 'unidentified object'
over Lake Huron yesterday - the fourth object to enter US or Canadian airspace in just over a week.
Quizzed this morning about whether spying devices had already been seen in British airspace, Mr Sunak said
he could not comment 'in detail on national security matters'. But he revealed that UK fighter jets were at '24/7
readiness' to scramble and shoot down any hostile objects...'
