St Stephens Road Bow shooting: Two men in hospital

'Two men have been taken to hospital after a double shooting on a residential road in Bow.
Police were initially called to St Stephens Road yesterday (October 27) at 9.20pm to reports
of a shooting.


Bow (A district of East London)

A man in his 20s was treated at the scene for gunshot injuries. He was taken to hospital where
his injuries were assessed as non-life-threatening and non-life-changing. Another man, also in
his 20s, later presented himself at hospital with gunshot injuries.
These were also found to be neither life-threatening nor life-changing.

No arrests have been made at this stage but police continue to investigate. A Metropolitan Police
spokesperson said: “Around 21:20hrs on Monday, 27 October, officers attended St Stephens Road,
Tower Hamlets, with the London Ambulance Service, following reports of a shooting...'

Tulse Hill 'stabbing' live updates as woman found dead at home
A woman in her 40s has been found dead with multiple stab wounds

'A 42-year-old woman has been found dead with multiple stab wounds in her Upper Tulse
Hill home. Cops rushed to High Trees, in the St Martin's Estate, Lambeth, at about 5pm
yesterday (Monday, October 27), after emergency workers were threatened with a knife.

Police forced entry into the home and tasered a man, 59, who was arrested on suspicion
of suspicion of murder, grievous bodily harm and threats to kill after refusing to put down
a knife. The suspect is in custody.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 4.16pm on Monday
27 October to reports of an incident on Tulse Hill, SW2. We sent resources to the scene,
including an ambulance crew and an incident response officer. “Very sadly, a person was
pronounced dead at the scene.”...'
