The western world in general is ill-equipped to confront the massive fraudulent activity of the migrants from the third world. Their capacity to cheat and deceive simply overmatches the standard control measures of western systems.
My reluctant conclusion over the years is that even with those of them who don't behave this way ... there is no pressure exerted within their subcultures to cease this behavior once they have entered the developed world. Indeed, it seems the rewards for them doing so are so great that there is no significant motivation for them to change their ways.
There are no easy landings ahead. We'll go down, or not, and, if we go down, we'll have to choose if we wish to meekly submit to that fatal embrace.
