The Turkish National who was convicted at Westminster Magistrates Court of a religiously aggravated public order offence in June this year by burning a Quran outside the Turkish Consulate has today had that conviction overturned by a Crown Court judge , the conviction while only amounting to a £240 fine held greater significance in that it could be seen as a Blasphemy law catering to a certain demographic.
