Aaaaaaahhhhh memories....
Back in the olden times when pot was still illegal everywhere I would call my bag man and tell him I needed some fresh shrimp for an etouffee if I needed a quarter ounce, for a gumbo for a half ounce or to throw off into a crawfish boil for an ounce! If I wanted a quarter pound I'd say that I needed corn and new potatoes as well.
