Given how noisy we've been over the last 100 years I think it makes sense to prepare for someone to pop round and tell us to keep it down although if they come with bad intention all we will will do is throw sticks and rocks at them.
Space Force for terrestrial threats does make sense as everybody wants to dominate the high ground but I think a name change would be both costly and pointless , Space Force is fine.
