Well, the "look" could be faked, but not the operation. I've already got "the look" - I have long gray hair and a long gray beard already, which I have been growing out for the past 8 years - well, it'll be 8 years come November, which is just around the corner. I already wear the glasses now in my old age, and my health has been shot to hell for the past few years. I could be the perfect visual poster child!
I already know all of the socialist catch-phrases and can spot their propaganda a mile away on account of that. With a little work, I could spew it forth with the best of them.
The problem for the Left is that they - none of them - have the intellectual horse power that Charlie Kirk had. Nor do any of them have the debate skills or strategy down pat that Charlie had. That's why, despite knowing all their own talking points, they could never prevail in debate against him and had to kill him to silence him instead. They cannot counter logic, and so fail in debates time after time after time. When they see themselves losing, they cannot fall back and regroup their thoughts and then go forward with counters - all they can do is scream and shout, or blow whistles and canned air horns in an effort to drown out the logic and factual statements that are drowning their talking points. We see them doing that time after time at their "protests" if anyone counters their talking points, or even if, as a known conservative, shows up at their political rallies disguised as "protests". Out come the whistles, air horns, and various other noise makers so they can attempt to drown out what they have no logical counter points to.
They cannot support any of their talking points (currently "Trump is a Ray-sist!" or "Drumpf is a HITLER!" or "Conservatives are Fascists!") with any factual evidence to back up their contentions - all they can do is drown out the logical counters to their arguments with noise-makers.
So, despite having "the look", I don't think the Left will ever be able to develop a Charlie Kirk of their own. They simply are not able to grasp or harness the logic necessary to prosecute an informed and informing debate.
All they can do is shout and stomp their feet like petulant children. That was not Charlie Kirk's way, whose bread and butter was always calm, reasoned debate, actually inviting them and encouraging them to speak their thoughts, because he knew that in doing so, they would tie their own nooses

“Trouble rather the tiger in his lair than the sage among his books. For to you kingdoms and their armies are things mighty and enduring, but to him they are but toys of the moment, to be overturned with the flick of a finger.”
