Did these Koreans have work visas, or are they in the process of gaining citizenship? Reading between the lines implies they are illegals working under the table; however, it seems that they are still under investigation, and no determination has been made at this point.
I suspect that they have a percentage of questionable subcontracted employees regardless of nation of origin, and that all the big corporations should be scrutinized for hiring illegal aliens for lower wages and little or no taxes. AI could search the corporate records to produce some actionable intel without a lot of expense, I should think.
