Some of my ancestors came from that general area - Essex, around Wrightsbridge and Kelvedon Hatch. I don't know how close or far that is to Epping, but I can tell you that at least those of us who self-deported to the colonies can be a rowdy bunch... and it looks like those who stayed behind can be, too, especially if given a good reason to get rowdy.
I recommend the government stop inciting and cock an ear to start listening in order to avoid some high unpleasantness, but they can do as they see fit, and live - or die - with the consequences of their own choices.
The government may have all the guns, but to those who know, that doesn't make them as invincible as they'd like to think once the party well and truly kicks off.
