No mystery , it`s just because led lights are sensitive to power/frequency Fluctuations . It could be also because issues in power grid or bad quality led light unit itself . Led lights needs DC (direct current) power to operate and driver . LED driver converts high-voltage, alternating current to low voltage, direct current. Thought some leds also seem to run with AC .
Low quality led driver may cause issues ( extra cheap made in China version )
I would be worryed to see flashing lights , because it "may possible be " sometimes sign of bigger power grid issues also coming .
Not sure but April 2025 power grid outage in Iberian peninsula had flashing lights just before millions people lost power there .So if suddenly start seeing your lights flashing , when not seeing it before , brace for impact.
