RE. THE CLAIM THAT THE US HAS TECHNOLOGY THAT CAN CONTROL SPACE/TIME

the thing about U.S. military tech, they nine out of ten times don't deploy it until their beyond reasonable doubt that it will do what they claim, unlike other countries that can't put more than one or two aircraft carriers to sea  and may have to use a tug to get them where their going. 

then it may turn out that they find flaws or it doesn't work under certain conditions or repeated use. it that turns out to be the case, they ground, halt use of it, look for the flaw and fix it or in extreme cases scrap it.
a few thing off the top of my head, the M16, all of our aircraft, all of out missile tech, all of our ships, the list is long. 

as far as time and space, aren't there people that have said ET uses that for part of their propulsion, and we supposedly got a bunch of them at area 51 and other sites?
