Based on the unabated lying by the DoD/IC for decades I have to ask, how much of this is complete BS?! This seems like DoD/IC fear porn to the max to ensure funding is never reduced, that they’re not questioned or denied and need only repeat, "national security, national security!"
Most of it is quite banal and not that hypey, not to mention that it’s based on info that’s at least 7-8 months old. DoD would rather not waste time writing it but Congress makes them, so, they can make a poor staffer read it and summarize it in ONE page.
