I think it's just grand how the Feds, via a few White House mouthpieces, have come out now and said "umm... well, you see, it's... errr... a combination of manned aircraft, Military/ police drones, commercial drones, and hobbyist drones... and, well, the Northeast corridor is just plain eaten up with those sorts of flying things... and so, really, nothing to see here, no danger, just move along now...."
I think the key is probably the "military/ police drones" sandwiched into the middle of that. And, if they are suddenly being so overactive as to create this stir, then it would be great to know what sort of "non-dangerous" stuff they are suddenly searching for.
