He is now due to appear at a crown court trial before a jury at a later date after receiving bail, with
the only condition being that he does not enter the park again. The picturesque green space which
sits just a short walk away from Kensington Palace houses more than 3,000 trees over 242 acres
of land.
The park’s website says it has an “awesome spectacle of the tree avenues, where veteran trees
ground the visitor in times past”.
The investment manager currently works at Oakley Capital, according to his LinkedIn profile, with
his role involving "supporting entrepreneurs and management teams with a core focus on software,
tech-enabled services and consumer internet."
The same profile states is part of a team who founded an investor network called '6NINE26'.
He is due to appear at Southwark Crown Court next month...'
