I think it was the leader of Poland when asked why they are not letting African and Mid-East immigration into their country ? He said something like, "Look we are not having problems with crime like all the other countries who have submitted to opening their borders."
Why other governments could not see the problems they were creating for their countries is beyond me.

Poland’s former prime minister has warned European culture is being “destroyed” by Muslim migrants from Africa and the Middle East. I'm admiring [of] French culture, Spanish culture and British culture, but I also admire my Polish culture and I want to preserve it, I want to nurture it.” “I don't want it to be destroyed by the Muslim migrants coming from the Middle East or from Africa.” Mr Morawiecki condemned the EU’s latest migration pact, agreed by Brussels on 20 December, which would relocate migrants across the continent and impose fines on countries who refuse to accept their share of people.
