Nope, no idea about voice ID. If they're trying to use voice as a biometric identifier, seems to me they'd have a problem with that. Folks' voices change over the course of a day, much more so over the course of a lifetime. Add in colds, flus, laryngitis, and a host of other things that change the voice, and you've got a recipe for disaster if that's what they're trying to do.
The web page didn't work for me. I just got a blank screen that said to enable cookies in my browser to access USAA. Not gonna do it. If USAA had anything important they wanted to say to me, then they'd say it instead of putting up a block screen to force me to do something I ain't gonna do. If they can't just say what they mean and mean what they say, then I got no interest in listening to gibberish that is trying to track me across the internet.
My fingerprints and retinal scans are already on file. If they can't identify me with those, then they don't need to know who I am anyhow.
