Dog showing culture is exposed here.   Dirty little secret of the circus.  The AKC needs to clean that bit up along with the puppy mills and backyard breeders.  Jrs. get exposed in Jr. Showmanship to judges and adult handlers, and frankly, its like throwing your kids into a den of 'hairdressers', but these are always travelling, i.e. easier to avoid getting busted!
