This planet does not need us to survive. Look at the fig tree and all the life that it supports. So many other species that are so important in the circle of life on this planet. What do we humans bring to the table?

If it's any consolation, one day, in the very distant future, the Sun will engulf Earth. Likely a comet or asteroid will do us in before that. Humans will one day need to find a new home to destroy, if we're doing what we're still doing today. And if we even last that long without destroying ourselves. It's crazy to think about.
