I wish to hereby formally stake MY claim to this shipwreck.
It seems that anyone and everyone whose ancestors may have touched, seen, shot at, or sailed over this wreck are laying claim to it. As some of my forbears may have been pirates sailing in these waters, I hereby stake claim to the wreck, and contend that my claim is every bit as strong as any of the other proposed claimants.
I authorize Columbia to raise the wreck and it's contents, but then they must turn over everything to me or my assigns.
