My best guess would be a combination of:

Increased Mobile Phone usage.
Increased number and concentrations of mobile phone masts/transmitters.
Increased power of 5G phone networks over previous ones.
The introduction and spread of Smart Meters.
Less physical activity, more sedentary lifestyles.
More Fast-Food consumption, less Fresh, Healthy (home-cooked) Meals.
Increased number of (dangerous) vaccinations.
Build-Up of toxins and harmful chemicals from the materials that we use and handle (plastics etc).

But it's probably Putin.... yeah.

I think you are right.Vaccines may just be a way to speed up the process, and make a lot of money off them before they bite the dust.
