Picture looks a lot like Nebuchadnezzar, except Nebuchadnezzar is still so tiny.

I don't feel as many bones when I rub him, but he is still skin and bones, with a poochie belly.
   

Just wanted to add that I took this picture just a few minutes before posting. As you can see. Nebuchadnezzar is still tiny. I think he will get bigger, but I don't think he will ever be as big as Enoch or Sylvester.

My Mom is convinced that Nebuchadnezzar is with us a reason.

He is always surprising her. I will admit that he is one smart kitten.

I overheard her talking to my sisters about him. She said, "I know he is here for a reason, because he does not act like any cat I had any ever seen before." "I don't know where this cat came from."

Nebuchadnezzar is known and accepted as "The Odd One". All that meet him for the first time say the same thing. That is one unusual cat.

He acts like he had been here all his life. All the other critters let's him get away with crap that they don't let the others get away with. And he acts like he is king.

He loves toys and he loves to play. He wakes up around 6am. He does his business, them eats, them you can hear him running around playing with his toys and running into walls.

Sometimes Enoch will play with him. Not often, and Sylvester, is not having it.

Bad news, our Georgie boy has passed due to an accident outside. I'm guessing it was another cat attacking him on the upper level deck and he fell off. The vet said he was hemorrhaging from the stomach and by the time we got to him we were too late. Love your pets every moment because you just never know.

Sorry to hear about Georgie. I am sure he brought you much joy and he had a good life.  

Love is something we should value at all times. We are not guaranteed a tomorrow. Enjoy every second you are blessed to have.

I thought it was interesting that the other crits are so obsessed and mesmerized by Nebuchadnezzar.

Well my Sister came for a surprise visit. My other family members that live fairly close came by, and they got the chance to meet Nebuchadnezzar for the first time. And he worked his magic on the humans as well.

They all said the same thing. "He is the skinniest, tiniest, most pitiful kitten they have ever seen. They all also agreed that he looks so odd, and has the strangest eyes, that they can't help but think, "Halloween Cat".

They are humored by his spunkiness. He seems to fear nothing.

They all are completely amazed and in love with him.

Got woken up last week by someone's tomcat bawling outside our window.  I stuck my head out to see what was going on ... he had such a guilty look on his face!

My sister is in awe of Nebuchadnezzar.

She calls him the Halloween cat, because he does look a lot like every picture you have seen of a black Halloween cat.

She says she just can't get over how tiny he is and how he bosses everyone around, acting like he is a king.

But seeing him walking around and bossing four Siberian Huskies around, she says is just too much. She can't stop talking pictures of him and videos.

She says she has to, because no one will believe her otherwise.

Nebuchadnezzar is a hot mess.

I wonder if the Huskies are sensing and 'saluting' Neb's feral heritage.

Last weigh in was July 25th. Nebuchadnezzar has not gained a single ounce.

He eats like he weighs a ton, but is still a measly 5 pounds.

He is crazy fast. I call him the little black tornado.

Maybe all his activity is burning up his calories. He has free access to the dry food, but he only gets wet food twice a day. 

He follows Enoch around like he is his body guard and mentor. They play well together.

Sylvester plays most of the time with the Huskies. Nebuchadnezzar is learning from Sylvester how to play ride the Husky or smack the Husky's butt. 

The Huskies are still trying to figure out what Nebuchadnezzar is. I think they believe Nebuchadnezzar is a Wesan.

Any Grimmaholics know what I mean.

I started my day with a cup of coffee, and a belly laugh.

Nebuchadnezzar soaking wet, weighs 5 pounds. He runs over, throws his paws around Enoch's neck, and he tried to pull him down.

Enoch looked down at him like, "Are you kidding me?" Picked his head and looked at me, like he was asking, "Please tell me he is joking."

This move lifts Nebuchadnezzar right off the floor. He let's go and falls back to the floor. Now Nebuchadnezzar looks at me like he is saying, "You could have helped!"

Enoch weighs in at 25 pounds. His head covers Nebuchadnezzar's whole body. He is 5 times the weight of Nebuchadnezzar.

The whole thing took less than 5 minutes, and I am still laughing.

This is a pic of Nebuchadnezzar when I first rescued him. He was almost red all over, except for his face and a black stripe down the middle of his back. I thought he just had odd coloring.

   

Well almost all the red is gone. I found out from the Vet that the red coloring was bleaching of his fur, and his skin was sunburned. He is healing fast, but his skin is still dry and itchy. Explains why he likes the baths.

Giving him omega3 oil and coconut oil in his food. Coat is starting to get shiny and not as light. He is true 200% kitten. Wants to play all the time. Gets the zoomies in the blink of an eye, and is darting from here to there without warning.

My sister has nicked named him "Bad Baby", and so far he is living up to that name as well. But Nebuchadnezzar was so bad, he went crazy.

He is super smart though. Last week I made the mistake of putting my sweats on backwards. He realized right away and starting attacking the draw string. As I was typing this, he sat behind me. I should have known something was off, because he usually tries to sit on the laptop or on my lap, so I thought I was safe, with him sitting behind me, until I felt a paw going down the back of my sweats, trying to find and grab the drawstring. Making me jump up and yell, "Bad Baby".

I think Nebuchadnezzar has a little but of the spirit of @BIAD in him. He is definitely a "Bad Baby".

My sister said she has to find another name for him when he is no longer a baby. Maybe "Trouble", or "Satan". She said she is going to wait and see, maybe he will quiet down by then.

I have the feeling that that is wishful thinking.

Sylvester finally gave in. He could only watch Nebuchadnezzar and Enoch play without him for only so long.

He has joined the fray.

I have been trying to get video to share, but I can't move as fast as they do, so no worthwhile video yet.

I will keep trying.

Nebuchadnezzar has made it to six pounds!

He is a bit longer and a bit taller. He is still having a mild problem with his skin being dry, but it is getting better. He is getting the omega oil and the coconut oil three times a week.

He is still living up to his nickname of "Bad Baby".

I get so much joy watching him play with Sylvester and Enoch, and even more pleasure when the three of them play all together, though I am on pins and needles waiting for one of them to knock themselves out when they hit the walls at breakneck speed.

I think I know now why he is such a lap cat. His feral streak is still a mile wide. His mouth play is greatly reduced, and he is doing much better with retracting his claws when playing, and he must be very content because he loves tucking his paws and lying on his back, showing his belly.

I think his lovable behavior is because he is too brave for his own good. He is just fearless. He is not afraid of anything, and that is why he made it out in the wild all by himself.

He really thinks that he is the king, and ruler of everybody. He is even has my sister that is not an animal lover, at his command.

I may be wrong, but I have a feeling that he is going to stay a little on the small side. 

We will see.

My Mom told my sister today that for a person that doesn't care for pets, she looks awful smitten.

Nebuchadnezzar has added my sister to his ownership list, and she gets so much pleasure out of his antics that she has been hooked.
