The Polish don't take crap.  Probably be able to take on Putin themselves.

I do like reading up on Polish history and I can say they are fierce.

I am surprised Russian assets are involved here during the Ukraine conflict.  Perhaps they are testing the responses @"gortex"#82  before shifting their focus back the Ukraine.  It might also be a bluff towards NATO troop movements before intensifying their current war campaign.

Another Russian drone incursion this time in Romania today.

Romania has said a drone breached its airspace during a Russian attack on neighbouring Ukraine.

Fighter jets were scrambled on Saturday, coming close to taking down the aircraft as it was flying very low before it left national airspace toward Ukraine, defence minister Ionut Mosteanu said.

I do not know how they operate in Poland , but in here the airforce and the Finnish Border Guard are authorized to shoot down what ever comes without politicians giving orders,  they did that allready in the Baltic sea episode where they seized the eagle s tanker .
