First ducks to arrive.
Nebuchadnezzar is in love! He finally has a member of the pack that is smaller than him!  He will be heart broken come morning and the new love of his to life had gone back to Indiana.  Nebuchadnezzar was really the one that made the little one's transition to the pack, so fast and so easy. My sister is still upset that she has to take a back seat when it comes to being alpha of the pack.

It has been so hot that I made a little bird bath for the birds, and set them up a treat stand with filberts, walnuts, and almonds.
They love it.

I think the lizards and iguana are liking the water too. The little oasis I made is closer to safety and further from the pond that is more likely to be where the predators hang out.
