This is a bit odd. The Dept of Energy's much-ballyhooed determination that Covid likely leaked from Wuhan Institute of Virology Lab is significantly based on the analysis of their "Z-Division." But Z-Division had already made that same assessment all the way back in May 2020.

Though initially undecided about covid-19’s origins, Energy officials concluded as part of a new government-wide intelligence assessment that a lab accident was most likely the triggering event for the world’s worst pandemic in a century.

“The bottom line remains the same: Basically no one really knows,” one of the officials said.

“‘Lab’ does not equal ‘man-made,’ the official said. “Even if it was a leak from a lab, they still think it would be a naturally occurring virus.”
Among the nine intelligence entities involved in the assessment, only the FBI had previously concluded, with “moderate” confidence, that covid-19 started with a lab accident. The Energy Department was the only agency that changed its view, while the CIA and one other agency remained undecided, lacking enough compelling evidence to support one conclusion over the other, officials said.

The labs were established as part of the U.S. nuclear weapons program and operate largely in the classified realm. The department’s cadre of technical experts includes members of the Energy Department’s Z-Division, which since the 1960s has been involved in secretive investigations of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons threats by U.S. adversaries, including China and Russia.

I postulated 2 years ago the COVID is wrapped beneath the Manhattan Project secrecy, where our Biowarfare program started, initially with Q-Clearance bats.

Sinclair has not reviewed the report but confirmed its contents through interviews with multiple sources who read it or were briefed on its contents.

Michael McCaul (R-TX), ranking member on the House foreign affairs committee, declined to comment on classified material but emphasized the need for further study. “From what I have seen and read, you absolutely cannot dismiss the notion that the WIV lab is a potential source of the virus,” McCaul said in a statement to Sinclair. “And if you listen to the leaders in the previous and current administrations, they have said exactly the same thing.”

Today's WaPo report at least partially contradicts this WSJ report from June 2021, saying that DOE Lawrence Livermore's "Z Division" pointed to a lab accident and the DOE's change in assessment was based on a report from Los Alamos. (Z-Division is housed at Lawrence Livermore.)

The WaPo report is based on another DOE lab in Los Alamos which researches pandemic preparedness.

People familiar with the study said that it was prepared by Lawrence Livermore’s “Z Division,” which is its intelligence arm. Lawrence Livermore has considerable expertise on biological issues. Its assessment drew on genomic analysis of the SARS-COV-2 virus, which causes Covid-19, they said.

You could argue this is a second DOE assessment, because it involves different scientists at a different lab. On top of this, we have the FBI assessment that the pandemic started from a lab accident.

Again, you could call this "three separate assessments."

These 'leaks' are notable and obviously strategic because Z-Division is apparently notoriously tight-lipped:

"It is not an exaggeration to say that Z Division is so secretive it makes the Central Intelligence Agency look chatty" - "And yes, Z Division’s conclusion is of “low confidence,” meaning it’s only leaning a little in the direction of a lab leak. But clearly, it has encountered something new that prompted it to reevaluate its conclusions and shifted its thinking — and whatever that “something new” is, it’s probably extremely significant; Z Division doesn’t change its mind willy-nilly or on a vague hunch" - per National Review.

Aside from the Russian "Z" symbol the "Z" might be the key along with nuclear obfuscated related hysteria.

The FBI won't talk to Congress and refers them to the ODNI. Congress has now requested all materials from ODNI, which outside scientists they consulted, etc...to come up with their assessment.

Current round of USA-deep-state propaganda (China lab leak) accomplishes 4 things:

- Perpetuates false idea that there was a particularly virulent pathogen
- Resurrects blame China becuase they might supply arms to Russia
- Turns attention away from domestic gov assaults against people
- Cools down the massively traumatized & injured public

Why does the mainstream media and political establishment focus so much attention on the origin of COVID, and never on the origin of the hyper hysteria "response" to COVID?

Not so sure you can make a pandemic in a lab. This is a science fiction story designed to trap people in the bio-security state. This is a distraction from a million dead (whatever the true number) via lethal protocols & policy. They want you focused on the virus again.

We are being played, again. It’s an "approved" story. They want you obsessing over the origin, again.

It’s a distraction from the policy-related slaughter of the last 3-years plus all the crap being dished out daily. So, by  next week they will move on to the next Op. Meanwhile, billions more will be dumped into the Biosecurity state (which includes the UFO Adjustment Bureau) to you know, "keep us safe" when the next so-called pandemic comes ashore.

It preserves the billion-trillion "pandemic preparedness industry" via which big corporate monsters can siphon trillions from taxpayers. There is no evidence viruses with pandemic potential can be created. Covid was a political and sociological phenomenon featuring a low-grade virus with a Trillion dollar marketing budget.

It's much more important to shut off the source of the narrative propaganda. My suspicion is that there was nothing novel other than the testing, but I have no idea where "it" came from, but whatever "it" is/was, it wasn’t particularly dangerous. It didn't circumvent the immune system except those that already had a half-dozen health issues.

Most deaths were due to the panic response.

Without the bogus PCR testing, media presstitutes and social media nothing out of the ordinary experience of humanity over recent centuries would have been observed.

In most of Africa they had no $$$ for PCR. No pandemic. The least jabbed. Huh, that's strange.

Nearly all the physical & psychological harm was caused by the Black Mirror dystopian response to the perceived threat driven by a terrifying, but false narrative. The culprits are the narrative propagandists, who want you to blame "the virus."

Also, those responsible for propagating the pandemic narrative are not necessarily the same jackals as those purportedly responsible for "the virus." (whatever it is)

There are too many other fingerprints over all this for it to be as simple as "China's fault." And there have been many (silenced) science papers showing the Corona was making its rounds in summer of 2019, NOT in China. Sometimes the Lies are so complex that even the Liars don't know they are lying. Lies, damn lies, and statistics.

March 2020, at the start of the Covid Plandemic, the DOE established the National Virtual Biotech Lab. Nanoscale research centers & biological characterization labs. Rapid vaccine design...followed a month later with Operation Warp Speed.

We all have our theories & opinions on this PlanScamDemic; sick to near death of it, the above is just some of mine (right or wrong or in between) and I'm sure we all agree what we're being told is anything but the truth. Any story that erupts in wildfire syndication, rest assured it is a LIE.

This whole ruckus over the DoE "assessment" is just a re-release of information already known 3 years ago. As the scamdemic was beginning, even the blind could see it was a Chinese release - those not being willfully blind, that is. As time unfolded, the case became stronger and stronger with each revelation. When it was discovered that the virus had fingerprints of genetic engineering most especially. It's "gain of function" was the addition of Ebola DNA to make it more virulent, without making it full-blown Ebola. They made it more "catchy" without necessarily increasing lethality. I said then it was a test probe for a future attack by the CCP, and I still stand by that.

The first clue was the outbreak site - what are the odds of a natural virus breaking out coincidentally in the area of a lab that mucks around with... viruses? Furthermore, there has, to date, been no discovery of any potential natural vectors for a virus showing unmistakable earmarks of not being natural itself.

7 million deaths later, 1 million of which were in the US alone, and we are at the same spot, pussyfooting around what is obviously a biological warfare attack. Even when the subject of a "lab leak" is broached, the elephant in the room is entirely ignored, in hopes that the speaker doesn't piss off the CCP too much... so they attribute it to an "accidental" leak rather than the clearly obvious intentional "leak" when one examines the totality of the evidence. The fact that the CCP continues to try to maintain a coverup shows that there was nothing accidental about it. the fact that a US military sports team was infected with it right at the beginning, and hundreds of miles from the release point underscore that point.

The fact that the nearest bat infected with ANY kind of coronavirus was 1000 miles west of Wuhan doesn't help their "natural virus" case at all.

The US absorbed 1 in 7 covid deaths WORLD-WIDE? How is that not evidence for a directed attack? The US has 4% of the world population - how did we absorb 14.3% of worldwide deaths? Gimme a break - that is almost 4 times the death rate that would be expected in a naturally occurring outbreak.

The "confidence level" of the DoE assessment is "low" to continue trying to give the CCP a way out. The re-release at this time is just a warning to the CCP because of the speculation they are going to arm Russia with "lethal weapons", as if Russia doesn't already have lethal weapons. It's a warning shot across the bow - "don't help Russia, or we'll spill the beans on your complicity in a world-wide murder scheme". It will be interesting how they get around US complicity in the development of the virus while trying to lay the "accidental" release on China's doorstep if the CCP ignores that warning shot.

So, in my opinion, the story here is not that the government knows just where it came from, it's that they are STILL trying to cover for the CCP, giving them a face-saving out by continuing to claim it was "accidental".

The CCP owes 7 million families world-wide an apology and wergeld payments for unjustifiable murder. 1 million families in the US alone. When can they expect that apology and payment?

Never. The US is too busy shoveling money and giving away our weapons stockpile to a civil war in the Ukraine that has nothing to do with us and is certainly no threat to us at all to do the hard work of defending American citizens from actual CCP threats. It would not surprise me at all to discover that the current regime is in collusion with globalists and the CCP to take America down, and is merely using the Ukraine war to misdirect attention, as a distraction to prevent citizens from seeing what is actually occurring..

His team identified promising work in U.S. labs, offering researchers the funding and equipment they needed to turn their discoveries into patient-ready treatments. In 28 months, DARPA-funded projects created six new vaccines, leveraging taxpayer dollars into economic payback at a ratio of up to 11:1. “It’s been wildly successful,” Callahan says.

Callahan also developed a “twinning” strategy, searching for treatment approaches for related diseases that would interest the military or government (such as bird flu, with its potential to cause a pandemic) as well as drug companies and venture capitalists (the regular flu). These players could then help fund development costs needed to bring the products to market.

This morning Bloomberg reports that Wall Street's largest commercial real estate landlord, private equity giant Blackstone, has defaulted on a €531 million ($562 million) bond backed by a portfolio of offices and stores owned by Sponda Oy, a Finnish landlord it acquired in 2018.
