Adding on from original The Parallax Theater Rogue thread regards to stranger things conspiracy to a Navy Lt. Cmdr. Thomas Narut, Neuropsychiatrist:
Turns out that Randy Voepel, grandfather of Colorado Springs shooter Anderson Aldrich, was mayor of Santee CA when they had a 2001 school shooting. The shooter, Charles Andrew Williams, had a father who worked at the San Diego Naval hospital that Thomas Narut linked to MKUltra assassins.
Sources for above newspaper clipping for Voepel as mayor at this time: here and here
Narut implicates "the Navy Neuropsychiatric Laboratories in San Diego"
Williams' father at the San Diego Naval Medical Center:
Killer recounts Santana High shooting
San Diego is the epicenter of many mass shooters, there is no getting away from it once you look into it a bit. Probably starting with “I don’t like Mondays” shooter Brenda Spencer in 1979, (which inspired this song by Boomtown Rats) you have the McDonalds Massacre in 1984, the Aurora shooter was from there, and many more. San Diego and Colorado Springs are big military towns as well. Just sayin.

Quote:South and west of the reservation, north and east of the city, lies Santee, also known by its own residents as “Klantee,” a long-time bastion of white supremacist activity and part of a school system that since 1999 has been home to a high school teacher who, with her husband and son, long operated a Nazi web site. The son is now in jail, for fascist threats. The mom is still teaching.
