What's yours, hard to pick from so many but one I've always loved from a series I've watched dozens of times is from Bronsons Death Wish, specifically number two.

Does it have to be from a movie? 'Coz in "Firefly", season 1, episode 13 I think, "Heart of Gold", Mal Reynolds has some great lines, among which are "Alright people, violence IS imminent - let's get ready to trade some injuries".
