In an explosive interview with NDTV, renowned economist and geopolitical commentator Jeffrey Sachs, Professor at Columbia University, delivers a blistering critique of the US-Israel military strikes on Iran.
Professor Sachs argues that the attacks have nothing to do with nuclear threats, calling them instead an imperial war aimed at sustaining US-Israeli hegemony and controlling Middle Eastern oil.
He accuses Donald Trump of acting at the behest of Benjamin Netanyahu, warning that the world is being pushed toward a wider global conflict.

Benjamin Netanyahu claimed that Saddam Hussein possessed weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and was actively developing nuclear weapons in the lead-up to the 2003 Iraq War
Now exactly same has happened .
The iraq war was mistake and costly .
Probably Netanyahu has some leverage on to Trump .....do as i tell you or....
Americans should not go this far IMO .

Preface by saying I did not listen to the video interview of professor Sachs .
Who ever had the idea for the attack to start now had a good idea IMO. The Iranian regime has been saying death to America since the hostages and Jimmy carter was president. Their form of Sharia Islam hates and is willing to fight just about any other religion on the planet; just ask the Sunni, Hindus, Buddhist and Christians that have been attacked by the Sharia fanatics all over the world.
The old story of all the terrorist Iran finances not just in the mid-east but in other countries is well established.
There are plenty in the USA claiming AIPAC controls what happens in America and within a broad sense there is probably some truth in that. What is good for Israel is good for America in many/some instances.
Israeli false flags to get the USA to fight a war for them is not something we as a country should support or condone IMO. I am old enough to remember when Israeli forces killed 34 sailors and wounded an additional 171 on the USS Liberty plus the reports of the Israelis dancing in the streets of N.Y. as the World Trade Centers were falling during 9/11.. There should have been more to happen than strongly worded dispatches about these incidents .. With all the billions we give Israel every year that would have been a good place to start IMO.

It's always dem wiley jooz, ain't it? It must be, since I hear it everywhere on the internet... I dunno why they didn't just let Hilter kill off all dem jooz.... of course, if they HAD let him do it, then they'd have to find someone else to blame all the world's ill on in the modern age.
I find it highly amusing that most of the folks griping about "dem jooz" also gripe about white supremacists, who ALSO just plain hate "dem jooz". They look to me more like natural allies than folks who ought to be griping about one another, and by that I mean. those Leftists who hates "dem jooz" and those white supremacists who hates "dem jooz" too. Maybe they'll kiss and make up when they finally figure out there ain't a hair's-breadth of difference between 'em.
The short and the long of it is that I don't really care who told who to do what - The "Islamic Republic" should have been done 47 years ago, or in any year since then. The problem is, we never had anyone in the position before who had the testicular fortitude to take the Mad Mullahs out. Now we do, and all the internet wants to do is blame "dem jooz" for upsetting their favorite apple cart.
The Iranians are happy about it. I'm happy about it. the Arabs are getting happy about it since the IRGC started bombing them too just for shits and giggles. Even Al Quaeda associates (in Afghanistan, of all places!) have come out and strangely said "we support Israel for taking out the Iranian Islamic Republic" - because to them the Iranian Shi'a are just a bunch of takfirs, and they back anyone taking out takfir.
So, yeah, the rest of the world can either get on board, or get out of the way. What they aren't going to do is stop Trump from thumping on their pet Moslems by trying to blame the thumpin' on "dem jooz".

I agree with Professor Sachs but would add Putin into that mix too in regard to Trump , my final fallout with Reform UK was their decision to start their own branch of the "friends of Israel" corruption channel led by a former advisor to president is Isaac Herzog.
Israel controls US politics through their AIPAC corruption channel as they do British politics through Friends of Israel corruption channels , we are being used for nefarious intent to cover Netanyahu's illegal operations , Trump said he was angry when Putin falsely claimed Ukraine tried to kill him with a drone attack yet Israel illegally target Iran's leader and it's all hugs and high fives.
Criminals act outside the law and no I'm not a supporter of the Iranian regime , the thing that separates us from animals is the rule of law.

A good overview of how we got here and the only thing a military action like this will achieve, political instability and chaos. Like what has been achieved in Libya, Syria, Iraq and a few other places.
As the American public are asking questions and asking for arrests over the Epstein files, Trump goes look over there at Iran. With the mid term primaries starting up, don't expect Gavin Newsom to be any better.
