Nothing is ever black and white - 727Sky - 07-28-2025

For many years I have complained about our state department turning a blind eye to what China was doing in S.E. Asia as the real player in the Domino game has always been China. Well maybe they the USA were not as blind as I once thought ?? Now that China Joe is not in office and his predecessors are but bad memories things are changing for the good IMO.

China supported Pol Pot who killed off a few million of his own people; educated, wear glasses, went to school overseas, piss off an enforcer, and a club to the head or a bullet was the punishment. One of the better movies about that was "First They killed my father" https://youtu.be/uS3Vp_quGCw  Vietnam wiped out Pol Pot and his minions on the surface but the Chinese communist roots run deep in Cambodia. I was flying in and out of Phnom Penh (carrying mostly people of the state department types) as the whole country was falling under the Chinese supported Pol Pot regime. America was sidelined to do anything as Vietnam had fallen and America was back into the isolationism cycle.

More current time period, there was a big stink about a phone conversation between the leadership puppets of Cambodia and Thailand because the conversation was intercepted by the USA Sneaky Pete boys and girls. Back in the 70s from S.E. Asia we could listen to taxi cab drivers in N.Y. City if it was so desired so the intercept of the conversation is no big surprise.

In the conversation the true colors of the Thai P.M. was outed and she was shortly removed thereafter.

I have a lot of faith in the Thai military as most IMO are not puppets of Beijing and do not want to be the good little soldiers for the CCP/PLA.

I am glad that many of the USA puppets of the Chinese have been removed from our government for they are worse than any virus as the corruption continues to spread if unchecked.

Where Vietnam stands today , politically ?  I noticed China is bullying also their maritime waters .....Does Vietnam support Cambodia ?

This whole episode with Cambodia starting fire rockets does not make much sense , unless it was Chinese plan ?

Or rogue operators attached to the State Dept/CIA or other alphabet agency. Probably not but these days we just don't know. I heard this little clash started after a Thai soldier was wounded by a landmine, prompting artillery fire, RPG launches, and F-16 strikes on Cambodian positions.

Vietnam ranks among Cambodia's biggest trade partners, but that may be changing...

Vietnam and China are not friends. Vietnam kicked the Mongols butt and even the Han Chinese a few times since then. Those facts plus with the tariff stuff added into the mix, all are helping to make China a Piranha not a bed mate unless you are wanting to sell you country out to enrich yourself.

With China's claim of everything within the 9 dash line and the new ports and infrastructure projects for their new silk road/belt and road projects to include a high speed rail from Kunming China through Laos and Thailand all the way down south ending up in in Singapore: China is not standing still. My biggest question is will the current regime collapse from within ?  Also any rail project will be interesting as every time a bomb or a bullet is fired down south there seems to be a Muslim hot head doing the deed. Having a 200MPH train derail and kill everyone is something right down their evil shit for brains planning book IMO.

After the minor earthquake where the newly Chinese constructed high rise collapsed in Bangkok that tended to sour everything Chinese made unless you are already in the CCP's pocket; and in Asia there are plenty of those types of bought and paid for traitors.

Vietnamise do have habit to kick out invaders ,   strong people .

Yeeh those fast could too easely get targeted , now even more easely with drones.

I think the road belt initiative has potential security risk , it can be use also as dual-use ....china people's liberation army use.

Weaponizing the Belt and Road Initiative

It is well know that Russia has had allways a railway rail network as the important logistic way to army , and still does. So just wondering did Chinese had something else also in mind with this initiative than just economic interest ?

RE: Nothing is ever black and white - 727Sky - 07-29-2025

There was a ceasefire negotiated in Malaysia that was supposed to start last night at midnight; then after the supposedly golden hour more Cambodian missiles struck the Thai side of the border. Like many I am wondering why and who is pushing this conflict.

One possible outcome I have played around in my feeble head is let's suppose Thailand has had enough and instead of patty cake slaps dished out by the Thai military they go in and start to roll up the side walks and leadership of Cambodia.  "Ta Da" that is exactly what China wants so they can come with the PLA to save Cambodia from the mean western backed Thais.

See I can still think paranoid like we used to do with the NSA but with typing, you do not have to talk without moving your lips !! hahaah  Only someone who has been there will understand that..
