Magpie is a smart bird , this smart bird was filmed having a bit of fun at a cat's expense.
Love the way he turns his back to the cat daring it to have a go.

we don't have Magpies where I am. I guess they're kind of like Blue Jays.
Interestingly, I am listening to Sirus XM and they just played 'The Rooster' by Alice in Chains. He ain't going down!

Yes mate all part of the Crow family although the Blue Jay is prettier , I watched a crow at a filling station a few weeks ago hop across the forecourt with some pastry in his beak then hide it in the keyhole of a manhole cover and cover it with small stones.
