Quote:The individuals who leaked information about immigration enforcement operations have been identified and face termination, according to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem.
“I have found some leakers,” Noem said. “We are continuing to get more. They will be fired and there will be consequences.”
Noem said that her agency used “every tactic” to find the leakers, including polygraph tests and an examination of communications such as emails.
She also said the leakers’ actions put law enforcement at risk and compromised national security.
Noem did not specify the number of individuals involved or which agencies they worked for, but earlier this month she accused the FBI of leaking plans for large-scale immigration enforcement operations in the Los Angeles area.
The Los Angeles Times published a report based on a leaked internal memo detailing plans for a “large-scale” ICE raid. Noem vowed to take action against the leakers who undermined federal efforts to enforce immigration laws.

“The FBI is so corrupt,” Noem wrote in a Feb. 9 post on social media platform X in response to the LA Times story. “We will work with any and every agency to stop leaks and prosecute these crooked deep state agents to the fullest extent of the law.”
The FBI dismissed Noem’s allegations.
“Making unfounded allegations calling FBI agents corrupt is deeply irresponsible and has not been supported by any evidence to date,” the agency said in a statement.
Earlier this month, President Donald Trump’s border czar Tom Homan blamed news media leaks for hindering a large-scale immigration operation targeting members of the Tren de Aragua (TDA) gang in the Denver suburb of Aurora.
Homan said that details on the operation had been leaked and published media reports indicated that the raids were imminent.
“This isn’t a game,” Homan said. “We know that TDA is dangerous. Everybody can agree to that, but when they get a heads-up that we are coming, it’s only a matter of time before our officers are ambushed. Their job is dangerous enough. So we are going to address this very seriously.”
Attorney General Pam Bondi warned that there would be consequences for any individuals who divulge such sensitive information.
The Associated Press contributed to this report.

The corruption is mind-blowing and very disturbing. Who can you trust? Who can you turn to in any government agency? How can you vet some official in any part of the system if the whole thing is corrupt to the core?

It's getting to be like living in Mexico, with government agents and officials on the cartel payroll.

Cheers sir,

Here have another one on the house.

Thankfully we don't have borders.  Still have nutters from overseas come here who kill more than Covid ever did.  Yet the Gov here stills lets them in.  A picture is the closest thing I'll ever have for comfort.  Kinda like an imaginary Yowie protector.

In jest,

I like that selector switch, too. It captures a mood!

See the shiny pin the selector is pointed directly at? The one right above the "U" in "FUCK"? That pin is for the auto-sear, proving that weapon is a full-fledged select-fire weapon for reals. Semi-auto only weapons don't have that pin because they have no auto-sear.

It truly IS ready to "FUCK THEM ALL"!

Back on the border, hinky things are happening involving spooky people....

Quote:Mexico deports 29 drug cartel figures to the U.S. as officials meet with Trump team

The unprecedented show of security cooperation comes as the Trump administration has threatened to impose 25% tariffs on all Mexican imports starting Tuesday.

More than two dozen drug cartel suspects from Mexico — including the man charged in the 1985 slaying of a U.S. drug agent — are in U.S. custody after Mexican officials agreed to send them to the United States, four sources familiar with the matter told NBC News.
The 29 people accused of violence and drug trafficking were deported as the Trump administration has turned up pressure on Mexico to curb illegal immigration, cartel activity and fentanyl production with a promised 25% tariff on all Mexican imports set to start next week.

“For those of us who have investigated Mexican cartels for many generations, this is truly an historical moment," said Ray Donovan, the former chief of operations at the Drug Enforcement Administration. "We have never seen this many sent from Mexico to the U.S. in one day.”
Among those deported by Mexico is Rafael Caro Quintero, who U.S. officials believe is responsible for the 1985 murder of DEA agent Enrique “Kiki” Camarena and others.
Caro Quintero has been on the DEA's most-wanted fugitives list for four decades. "Today we can proudly say he has arrived in the United States where justice will be served,” acting DEA Administrator Derek S. Maltz said.
The suspects sent to the United States included members of five of the six Mexican organized crime groups the Trump administration designated this month as “foreign terrorist organizations.”
Those sent to the United States on Thursday were taken from prisons across Mexico to board planes at an airport north of Mexico City that took them to eight U.S. cities, according to the Mexican government.
Among them were two leaders of the now-defunct Los Zetas cartel, Mexicans Miguel Treviño Morales and his brother Omar Treviño Morales, known as Z-40 and Z-42. U.S. authorities have accused the brothers of running the successor Northeast Cartel from prison.
The removal of the Treviño Morales brothers marks the end of a long process that began after the capture in 2013 of Miguel and two years later of his brother Omar. Mexican Attorney General Alejandro Gertz Manero had described the delay as “truly shameful.”
