Your video is not available in my country. Are you by any chance talking about the attached, a black-and-white sitcom starring Sid James as George and the formidable Peggy Mount typecast as the dragon?
But I'm not sure how that would fit the criterion of good guys winning. I watched the original broadcasts, and my memory is that the dragon usually won.

No it is a love story movie with a girl (Princes) who tries to protect a dragon's egg. 

Might try a VPN which works sometimes to see stuff..

I've been using the Opera browser, which has a built-in VPN. The video was not available in the Americas or Europe, only in Asia. So I changed to an Asian proxy, but apparently the networks are getting hincky over there, as I could see the video, but have not yet been able to download it.
