NYC Mayor Eric Adams Indictment Unsealed - EndtheMadnessNow - 09-26-2024 The justice hammer falls... 57 pages of criminal allegations against the New York City mayor Eric Adams. Eric Adams is surrounding himself with clergy members and saying he will not resign. He's smiling and acting like this is a political witch-hunt, sound familiar? Perhaps he went off the narrative reservation by speaking out against the out of control illegal immigration. Starting in 2016, Adams secretly begins accepting free luxury travel from the Turks. Count 1: Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud, Federal Program Bribery, and to Receive Campaign Contributions By Foreign Nationals Count 2: Wire Fraud Count 3: Solicitation of a Contribution by a Foreign National Count 4: Solicitation of a Contribution by a Foreign National Count 5: Bribery Count allegations are detailed on pages 49-55. Turkey official have been extensively referenced in campaign donations & luxury travel expenses for Adams. Page 27: Unlawful Matching Funds * All told, the 2021 Campaign reaped over $10 million in Matching Funds based on the false certifications that the campaign complied with the law, when in fact ERIC ADAMS, the defendant, knowingly and repeatedly relied on illegal contributions. Page 27: Bribe Allegation * In 2021, ERIC ADAMS, the defendant, intervened with the FDNY to permit the Turkish Consulate to occupy a skyscraper that had not passed a fire safety inspection, in exchange for, among other things, luxury travel benefits provided by the Turkish Official and the Airline Manager. I dunno, sounds all normal for democrats. USA vs Eric Adams From the indictment: Eric Adams claims he changed his cell phone password to prevent his staff from deleting any messages or information. Unfortunately, he told investigators, he immediately forgot the new password and so wouldn’t be able to assist them in opening his phone... LOL, I'm sure this happens a lot with other politicians... Eric Adams Armenian Genocide denial bribery: That wouldn’t be the first concerted effort at Armenian genocide denial in New York City... quite a spectacle that Turkey hired a multiracial pogo stick flash mob and sky writers to deny the Armenian genocide in NYC back in 2016. Daily Mail The DOJ alleges that Eric Adams placed a Turkish Airlines official (Cenk Öcal) on his transition team in exchange for free upgrades on Turkish Airlines: Eric Adams and Cenk Öcal (the Turkish Airlines executive) at a Turkish Airlines party. NY Times (Nov 16, 2023) While the straw donor scheme outlined in the indictment is meatier, Adams seemed easily bribed by luxury flights and accommodations provided by Turkish Airlines. Adams seems to have been wheeling and dealing with the Turks from what is likely Osteria La Baia, the fancy restaurant run by a pair of convicted money launderers. He goes to La Baia practically every other day; the self-proclaimed vegan almost always gets the Branzino. The twin brothers Robert and Zhan Petrosyants, convicted felons, whom employees referred to as the restaurant's owners, are close friends of the Mayor. The Washington gambler (WaPo, April 26, 2023) "The feds have been scrutinizing donations from people connected to the Turkish government, but sources tell CBS News New York agents served subpoenas for information on five more foreign governments over the summer." The DOJ has gone after democrat senator Bob Menendez (due to be sentenced October 29), democrat rep for Texas Henry Cuellar (indicted, case is ongoing), and Sue Mi Terry (Korean-American, a former CIA analyst, indicted as an unregistered foreign agent of the South Korean government); all indicted on FARA (Foreign Agents Registration Act) charges over the last two years. I'm actually surprised we aren't seeing Dems accusing the DOJ of unfairly targeting them because most of the FARA cases appear to be Dem or Dem-leaning figures. Hunter Biden almost got hit on FARA as well. Also, much of this is probably charges a politician could have gotten away with 10-15 years ago, as shown with Mendendez escaping punishment on similar charges in 2018, but New Cold War paranoia is very high and likely contributing to a push toward aggressive pursuit of FARA cases. Expect more fallout in the coming months.
