I've always heard that sailors were a randy bunch and those long voyages at sea, well, they need to release along the way. I've heard rumors about homosexuality in the Navy as well. Something about a man in uniform I guess, look at the Village People.

With the number of cameras that people voluntarily install to watch themselves, it should come as no surprise that someone or something is taking advantage of the opportunity.
We are developing reprobate minds because too many don't give a damn about anything anymore. When you don't give a damn about yourself, it is a rare occurrence when you will give a damn about anyone else.
