Jews Will Be Arrested In London If Near A Pro-Hamas Protest - Infolurker - 04-20-2024

Wow, If you are Jewish, your very presence anywhere near a Pro Hamas protest will get you arrested. Your very presence on a public street is a crime of breeching the peace. This is so 1930's Germany.

Shocking moment police officer threatens to ARREST man for 'breaching the peace' simply by being 'quite openly Jewish' near pro-Palestine march in London

Quote:The Metropolitan Police has been branded 'beyond appalling' after an officer threatened to arrest a Jewish man trying to cross the road at a pro-Palestine march because his 'presence was antagonising'.

The man, who said he trying to walk around the capital after going to a synagogue, was pulled aside by a police officer who said he was 'breaching the peace' because he was 'quite openly Jewish'.
In a video shared by Campaign Against Antisemitism from Saturday's march, the man - who was wearing a kippah on his head - tells the officer: 'I don't want to stay here, I want to leave.'
The officer then replies: 'In that case sir, when the crowd is gone I will happily escort you out.'
After the defiant man attempts to walk across the road in the Aldwych area, the officer blocks him and says: 'I don't want anybody antagonising anybody... and at the moment sir, you are quite openly Jewish. This is a pro-Palestinian march.

Why did the 'openly Jewish' man cross the road...?! To get to the other side, of course!

This post dragged up an old memory.

Long time ago, back in 1972, I was on my way from work and I ran across protesters on the streets of Washington, DC. I did not know this protest was going on, but was interested in what was happening, so I joined the group.

It did not take long for the SWAT team to arrive, and before I could grasp what was happening I had a bunch of guns pointed in my direction.

I left. I figured I would live to fight another day.

It does indeed have a 1930s vibe. It almost feels like this done on purpose to further flame the divide and 'anti-Jew' mentality  Shocked

Guess I wouldn't be wearing a Kippah on Halloween night in the Palestine Quarter.
