Nanites are part of many Scifi novels and in their fictional world they do everything from saving ones life to healing bones and cuts in a very short period of time. Some of this stuff I figure is like comparing the 1903 Wright Flyer to whatever the latest greatest aircraft we have today; unfortunately many had to die to get to where we are today in aviation... so.... probably not very smart to be the first in line for your nanite injection..? It is a shame (if we do not destroy the human race) we can not see what the future holds for Mankind
